We saw the place and fell in love.  It was everything we dreamed of...an old house, on the water, needing some love.

Most people would be scared off.  I think many were, since this house sat on the market for well over a year.  I am thankful they were scared.  It got us these amazing views, at a price we could afford. 

I am so excited to turn this place into our dream river place.  It's going to a lot of work, but I am sure in the end it will be worth it.
